Indian Coffee blended with French Chicory root. This blend is used in Indian Filter Coffee. A blend that was introduced to India by British during world war II and now the most popular Coffee blend in India.

Every roaster has a different take on this blend and so do we! Our recipe meticulously crafted to redefine your filter coffee experience. This blend comprises 15% Chicory and 85% AAA grade Arabica beans. Just like the coffee farm, this ratio of chicory to coffee is also passed down for generations.

• AAA Grade Arabica: The beans are of the highest quality, AAA grade Arabica sourced exclusively from the family farm in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, India, nestled at an altitude of 3600 feet. Coffee is smooth, aromatic, and brimming with delightful complexities.

• Chicory: To enhance the blend, we've added 15% French chicory root, introducing deep, woody, and earthy flavors. The chicory not only adds complexity but also enriches the aroma, creating a harmonious balance.
