Cascara (Coffee tea)
What is Cascara? Cascara is dried skin of the ripe coffee fruit. It contains 3 times more antioxidants than the bean at 3 times less caffeine. Cascara drink can be made just like pour over coffee. This particular Cascara comes from dried Catuai and Pacamara from Finca Arauz in Boquete, Panama (producer: Edwin Arauz). Used in Pink Panther in Le Mil's cafe.
