South Indian Coffee Filter

Since our very first day in the Newark farmer’s market, when we first started selling our estate secret filter coffee blend, people always asked us about filter coffee recipe. We loved to share recipe too but there was an important piece missing.

The filter itself! Can’t make filter coffee without the South Indian filter 😊
So we decided to make one for Le Mil’s coffee. We kept it traditional, just the way we remember seeing it at the grandma’s house. Same design that’s tried and true. Also, It had to be in brass. Nothing against the stainless steel, it’s just not my grandma’s style 😂
