Varietal 1 : Selection #9, A variety of C. Arabica developed by Central Coffee Research Institute of India. The Coffee bean is produced by cross breeding two different Arabica varieties. Tafarikela, an indigenous Arabica from Ethiopia crossed with another Arabica variety from Timur island in Indonesia. Selection #9 cupping scores consistently above 85+.

Varietal 2 : Chandragiri, A hybrid of Arabica & Robusta varietals developed at Central Coffee Research Institute of India. The Chandragiri varietal is an Arabica that crosses Villa Sarchi,  a natural mutation of the highly prized bourbon, with Hybrid de Timor, a hardy hybrid of Arabica and Robusta. This gave farmers the opportunity to grow a coffee plant that was resistant to disease and also produce a tasty coffee.
